Vision Tunnel
Multi-side inspection platform
The SSI Vision Tunnel delivers multi-side visibility in continuous motion to reduce missed defects and unread codes versus single-view inspection. Its modular architecture scales to product geometry, line speed, and inspection criteria.
How it works
Products move through a defined inspection zone while cameras and readers inspect multiple sides in real time. Results flow through PLC/HMI controls for operator feedback and automation actions. The system runs inline with conveyors or as a controlled pass-through station.

Shared system foundation
